Adopting

My daughter wants to adopt again. She has adopted a little girl from Guatemala and one from China. She wanted try in the US, but has been told it is so difficulty. Anyone have any experience with US agencies?

My two oldest children were adopted here in Memphis through Life Choices. I have had a few friends who have also adopted through Mid-South Family Services. Two risker routes are through a private adoption lawyer or through the state, which is usually a fost-adopt situation.
